In these last months you may
have heard that Hands On Bodyworks
has transitioned, and is under new ownership. I would like to
introduce myself to you, and encourage you to continue your
journey of wellness with us at Hands On Bodyworks.
I have been very lucky to
find a great place to continue my massage practice. I graduated
from The Baltimore School of Massage in 2001. I am board
certified, licensed and insured. I have contracted my services
with spa’s and wellness centers, while building my private
practice in Columbia, Maryland. I have a Home-Visit
practice that Hands On Bodyworks
will continue, and I also provide services for Home
Spa-Parties.
I have built a large base of
clients around my deep tissue and myofacial blend of massage. I
am certified in Hot Stone, Reiki. Deep Tissue, and Sports
Massage. I have many clients who suffer from chronic pain, and
find relief through my massage work. I spend a quality amount
of time with each client, and establish a comfortable connection
making it easy for my client to relax during the massage.
My life has taken me on an
interesting journey, and I am happy that it has arrived at
Hands On Bodyworks. In my other
life, I am a published songwriter, and singer. I am also a
return Peace Corps volunteer, a community organizer; and run a
youth outreach program called
“Expression through the Arts”. Most of all, I am a
wife, and mother of two little girls.
My arrival at
Hands On Bodyworks is a
life-changing endeavor, that has grounded me, centered my focus,
and has brought me great joy and blessings in this short time
here. I invite you to come and visit us, or call for a free
consultation (301) 490-0603. My mission is to spread peace
through touch, one person at a time. What better way to a
peaceful state of mind?
